New Year, New Beginnings...

sharmanspirit

Well, here we are, 2025. What does the new year ahead mean for you?

For many of you, there will be grief, suffering, pain, and rebirth. The main thing is to remind yourself daily that you are doing your best. It is essential to understand that some days will be better than others. And that, my friends, is enough!

With the new year in full swing, take a moment to set new goals, make new friends, and spend more time with those you love.

Take a challenge, learn something new, go somewhere you have never been, and more importantly, MAKE MEMORIES!

This life we have is a gift. It, indeed, isn't something we should not take for granted.

So, when you see someone less affluent, sad, or struggling... take a moment to appreciate what you have. You never know what another is going through.

There is always an unseen reason for someone else's poor behaviour. We never can never know their struggle.

If you are in a position to help another - Pay it forward! Pay for someone else's groceries or meals, and leave a gift at the doorstep of someone you know who is doing it hard. Call on someone you know who has no family, is elderly, or could perhaps need a welfare check.

This world we live in is changing. Even in my 50+ years, I can see the difference.

People have become more aggressive, always in a hurry to be elsewhere, and less empathetic to the needs and situations of others. Life has put extra stress on us all. The cost of living, home interest rates, mental health, War... the list goes on and on.

But, even with all of this going on, It's not hard to be kind.

A burden shared is a burden halved.

This year, I wish all of you to be blessed with abundant love, more straightforward living circumstances, and peace in your hearts.

Be kind to yourself and live your best life always.

Wishing each and every one of you and your families all the very best
